probleme mit usb2

heyho
ich hab folgendes problem: ich hatte an meinem rechner usb2, dann hab ich formatiert, anschließend service pack2 und alle treiber installiert aber ich hab nur usb1

weiß jemand was ich machen muss um wieder usb2 zu bekommen

ich hab nen MSI K8N Neo (MS-7030) mainboard und win xp home

Schließt "alle treiber installiert" den Chipsatztreiber mit ein?
