Media Player gibt keine Inet-Streams wieder

hi, habe windows neu installiert und wenn ich videos auf einer hp abspielen will kommt die äußerst merkwürdige meldung

"if the file is located on the internet please connect to the internet"

benutze einen router.....

help please
