We had a thread on the german aoe community mastersgames.de (http://www.mastersgames.de) regarding the wishes and expectations for next patch
We removed the balance stuff because most people don't have the neccessary overview to make reasonable suggestions. Most things people were trying to account are the german & spain civs which they consider OP.
There were some suggestions from StarSky - but he can better post them on the ES & Expert forum on agesanctuary.com
Wishlist from mastersgames.de:
## ESO2 functionality ##
- observer mode
- friendlist with status indication (avaible, playing, away)
- coop mode like in aoc (two players may take the same color)
- possibility to arrange a team in quickmatch
- extended clan functions (eg. search for clan, memberlist, additional informations like homepage ...)
- extended player profiles (same as clan .. age, homepage, email, icq ..)
- save/restore function
- lag indicator ingame (like the sheep in aoc - so someone is able to see who is lagging in team games or clan wars)
- when doing quicksearch, take rating in first-place - hc level should not be that important
- search function for the ESO ladders
- add the powerrating to the agecommunity.com web profiles
- show clan tags in game browser
- sort of rankings in gamebrowser should not be alphabetically ^^
- more informations and details about the powerrating
## Gameplay ##
- remove sonora from standard map pool
- better canon handling
- better unit handling and path-finding
- fix of bugged maps
- display unit informations in the mini-ui
## Others ##
- rewind function for replays (ok, thats a dream - we know its an implementation issue)
- naked women dancing around the tcs

Zumindest ist der Bereich auf agesanctuary reichlich tot, weder die selected few aka experts noch ES-Typen melden sich dort allzu häufig zu Wort, die Plattform scheint mir ein wenig ein Rohrkrepierer zu sein.
