Microsoft word 2000 Probleme

Microsoft Word for Windows hat ein Problem festgestellt und muss beendet werdn.
Für weitere Informationen zu diesem klicken sie hier dann steht da :

Problemsignatur
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.3822 ModName: winword.exe
ModVer: 9.0.0.3822 Offset: 00395c27

da soll was beschädigt sein hmm..? ich hab schon deinstalliert alles probiert geht nichts kann mir bitte jemand helfen???

PS: es ist dringend
PS2: ich bin so ein richtiger pc-n00b bitte um verständnis ^^

neu installieren und updaten via office update (hat auf der windowsupdate Seite zu finden im startmenu einen link dazu) evtl. bring das was...wenn nicht..ka woher das kommt.
