Flashvideo aus dem Netz abspeichern

Ich hab bei google videos ein Filmchen gefunden, daß ich gerne auf meiner Festplatte hätte. Ich vermute, daß das Flashvideos dort sind.
Es gibt dort zwar die Option, das Video zusammen mit einem google-Player zu downloaden in einem google-eigenen Format, aber ich habe kein Bedürfnis, mir den Google-Player zu installieren.

Gibt es da noch eine andere Option es runterzuladen und in einem gängigen Format abzulegen?

Problem ist, die Plugins lassen sich bei mir gar nicht installieren......
ich hab die Mozilla Suite 1.8b.....
