Problem mit Trojaner TR/Swizzor

Mein Antiviren Programm AntiVir meldet jetzt seit nem gutem Tag dauernd diesen Trojaner. Klicke dann auf"löschen", aber nach 30-60min kommt die Meldung löschen. Per Hand löschen geht auch nicht, da dann immer kommt"Datei ist Schreibgeschützt"
