ICQ + C++ runtime error?

Neuerdings verabschiedet sich mein ICQ mit einer Fehlermeldung(nach ca. 20 minuten betrieb):
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\ICQ\icq.exe
'This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application support team for further information'
Ich hab icq 2001b (ja alt) wegen den nicht behindert aussehenden smileys ;) und den nicht vorhandenen Porno-sites-spam-bots
