Problem mit soundkarte

Ich kann seid neuem keine musik mehr auf dem pc hören. ?(
Kommt immer folgende fehler meldung ;

Problem mit Soundkarte MMJB
Wave out format wird nicht unterstützt X(

btw hab ich Musicmatch Jukebox Basic

was kann ich da machen?

Treiber ist installiert? Anonsten Gerätemanager, Karte suchen, Herstellerseite nach Treiber gucken, installieren.
