Smilies zum selbermachen ?

hallo erstmal.
wolte mal wissen ob jemand von euch ein programm kennt oder hat, mit dem smilies, also einfache gif-animationen, selbermachen kann. irgendwelche empfelungen von eurer seite ?
bitte gebt doch den direkten link und eure erfahrungen mit dem programm an.

ich hab nur son link da kannste smileys selber machen (mit schildern in der hand wo was drauf steht)
