ES is NOT working on a new patch 1.03 and will only start evaluating whether a new patch should be made in 2-3 weeks. However, once they start the patch, it will take them a month or so to complete it, so the new patch will be out at earliest in mid-September, but evalution + making takes a while so probably october/november. None of the patch or what the patch will be stuff is set in stone yet.
