In Thailand have forbidden to play on a computer at night
Ministry of Information and Telecommunication of Thailand desided to establish a real "commandant's hour for computer gamers. At night time now - from 10 pm 6 am - must be closed not only game-clubs but also servers of online games. Besides internet-providers have to block hailandian users access to the servers that are abroad.
Such cruel decision was caused by general addicting of thailandian youth to role games. There were some deaths in computer clubs of Hong Kong, Taiwan and another countries for the last years. Situation intensified with the release of Ragnarok Online game (more than 600.000 registration posts for 7 months). Moreover facing computer in a fixed pose is a reason of clottage of veins and it causes a lot of different serious disease in its turn. To struggle against hypodynamia consequence game clubs must arrange a break each two hours.
This prohibition will work while the period from July 15 till September 30. Then effectiveness of this actions will be estimated and the decision of the further usage of it probable will be accepted.
